- Certified Nursing Assistant are the cream of the crop. They are the ones, that are always over looked, when it comes to nursing. However they are the one’s in hospitals and nursing homes, that works the most with the patient.
- When it comes down to actives of daily living they are, the people who bathes, dress feed and care the most for the patients.
- CNA’s are usually the ones who spots majority of the changes to the patients when giving care. Once the CNA sees the changes they are to report all changes to the on site charge nurse.
- And last by least. There’s so many times people tent to throw their family members in a nursing home and never come to see them . When things like this happens, it makes the patient feel lonely and sad. So as a CNA’s we love them and make the feel like we all are a big family.
- In this health care field what would it be without us ? We are a soul provider . How much harder would it be for RN’s if there was no job description for Certified Nurses Assistant????
